Staff and Performance

The WIN-WIN Staff Performance Systems is a unique range of software programs which are able to convert an employee’s most important tasks into meaningful statistics every week with the added advantage of providing a productivity formula for any staff incentive system.

The employee’s activities are recorded and entered to your special online processing centre that produces a report with a unique graph and allocates the employee a number of productivity points, based on a set formula.

Management use the weekly statistical report to:

  • Measure the employee’s (actual) performance for the past week.
  • Provide praise and motivation on the good work they have performed.
  • Identify any problems or issues causing less productivity or lack of efficiency.
  • Provide an incentive to the employee (if required).

The WIN-WIN report enables management to have meaningful discussions with each staff member on a regular basis to discuss last week’s activities. Staff really appreciate being able to talk to management with statistics that accurately reflect their contribution to the company.

These weekly meetings demonstrate to an employee:

  • You care enough about them to spend the time to look at their work and make meaningful comments.
  • They can have the chance to talk to you and explain their work and /or personal issues on a regular basis.
  • They feel part of the team and have a better sense of belonging.
  • You really know what they are doing and are able to see that they are doing things right – not wrong.

This system gives the manager a great deal of control over the activities of all staff members and provides employees with a fair method to record their activities and explain any problems or issues.

Managing people can often be a very difficult task and the WIN-WIN Performance System is a tool that can make that job a lot easier and help one become a better manager.
