MORE ON REWARDS AND TIMING
January to March Quarter:
This is known to be a costly quarter for most organizations who employ a number of people. (Cash Flow becomes an issue for many.)
The costs associated with the aftermath of the Festive Season -Bonuses, holiday pays, and public holidays and / or sick leave.
The importance to most organisations to maintain real production during this quarter becomes somewhat strained both for employer and employee.
The win-win system allows for a varied reward system which still maintains a feeling of well being for a staff member who makes it their duty to help their employer over these difficult times.
The win-win system still recognizes and rewards all productivity.
Some will say money should not be the motivation for rewards. While this is true most of the time there can be times when it would suit an employer to pay a money bonus for production or a mixture of prizes and money.
The quarter leading up to the Festive Season, October to December is the prime time of the year to offer cash bonuses for high productivity to every employee whether they are taking holidays or not.
Employers can capitalize on the Win-Win system in this quarter by offering cash incentives to be made available just prior to Christmas Break with 50% before and 50% balance on return to the job after the Christmas break when many are a bit short of cash.
The win-win system provides for variation in creativity in making work a real team effort where everybody wins.
Although the system will take a few months to really see true benefits in the bottom line, the morale of 97.5% of the employees will be high and energetic within just a few weeks.
Work really does become a game with people achieving results never dreamed of.
And that’s just the start.
You will receive regular hints via the web site or mail.
Best wishes
